I'm fundraising for...
I’m fundraising for arthritis research because arthritis affects over 6 million people in Canada and aim one of them. It is often an invisible disease that impacts daily life in ways many don’t see. We move around you and try to continue working, supporting our families and enjoy the good days
I’m taking part in the MOVE with Arthritis Research challenge by committing to a total of 30 minutes of movement, 5 days a week. Every dollar raised will support life-changing arthritis research. I teach pilates and in general I give myself the 30 minutes please join me in doing the same and invite friends and family to join as well. Movement Heals, and prevents stiffness and pain, same as music.
Thank you for supporting me and helping fund research that makes a difference.

Arthritis also sucks at 50
Friday 14th Aug Hello everyone. I just came to say that Arthritis is no joke and same as Cancer, sucks. It’s one of those things that shows up slowly and sometimes fast. I live with Rheumatoid Arthritis and also have Osteoarthritis. All has been detected early and started treatment to slowdown progress. People with arthritis have their moments. If there is pain our mood is not the best. Stuff falls from our hands and holding on simple things, might be tricky. If you experience pain, discomfort around your fingers, wrists, elbows or spine, talk to your doctor. This one is not a silent disease. I’m keeping as healthy as I can with Pilates, lots of it, and I’ve learned to cut on some inflammatory foods. Life is good but we do have our moments. Help research and take care!
