Make Your MOVE
Arthritis affects millions of Canadians, with more than half under 65.
It impacts work. Parenting. Sleep. Mobility. Daily life.
This September, move 30 minutes a day for two weeks to help fund life-changing arthritis research.
The MOVE Challenge is about moving in a way that is meaningful for you. For some people, 30 minutes of physical activity is a meaningful challenge. For others, the challenge may be going beyond their usual routine. Your MOVE. Your Pace.
September 16-30. 30 mins/day. Make your MOVE.

Research can change this
At Arthritis Research Canada, we conduct world-class clinical research that transforms everyday life for people with arthritis.
Our research focuses on the real experiences of people living with arthritis and what helps them live well: staying active, sleeping well, preventing joint damage, managing symptoms and supporting mental health. At the same time, we improve how arthritis care is delivered: studying treatments and medications, using real-world health data to understand long-term outcomes, and designing better models of care, including virtual options. Together, this work leads to better decisions, better support, and better lives.
