I'm fundraising for life changing research

I'm lucky. Rheumatologists have diagnosed me with severe osteoarthritis in every joint of my body. I'm lucky because I have found that regular, consistent exercise as well as total knee and total hip replacements have enabled me to lead a relatively normal life.

I’m fundraising for those who aren't lucky. Arthritis affects over 6 million people in Canada. It is often an invisible disease that impacts daily life in ways many don’t see. I know first hand that pain at times can be excruciating.

I’m taking part in the MOVE with Arthritis Research challenge by committing to a total of 30 minutes of movement, 5 days a week. Every dollar raised will support life-changing arthritis research.
